CBS can provide either or both of these services:

Mail Handling
CBS can receive bankruptcy mail on our clients’ behalf directly from the Bankruptcy Noticing Center. Or, mail can be forwarded to CBS by our clients. In either situation we review the correspondence for appropriate handling and disposition. This frees CBS clients from processing the large volume of bankruptcy mail.

Account Coding
CBS can access our clients’ accounts receivable databases to locate accounts and code them as bankrupt.

With all necessery firewalls and safeguards in place, CBS accesses our clients’ account records to code accounts for intial and subsequent bankruptcy events.
